Snowchair - Exilelens

Photographer Bio : Born in Triga, Amdo province of Tibet, Sangey Kyab escaped into exile in 1999. After a brief stay at the Transit School in Dharamshala, Sangey Kyab joined the Chinese Section of the Department of Information and International Relations, CTA in 2000. As the nature of his work largely dealt with reporting and journalism, Sangey honed his photography skills and since 2006 he has been the official photographer of the DIIR. Sangey Kyab is a self taught photographer and a serious student of the art and beauty of photography.
